  • Graeme Walker

    CEO | Co-Founder

    An advocate for solar energy, Graeme has been in the renewable energy industry for over 20 years. Graeme is a graduate of the University of St. Andrews, Scotland and is also a qualified CPA as a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.

    Graeme spent the earlier part of his career involved in the development and financing of utility-scale solar and wind projects before striking out on his own.

  • Jason Thomas

    Master Electrician | Co-Founder

    Jason has been a Master Electrician in Texas for over 20 years. Initially focused on commercial and industrial electrical services before beginning to specialize in solar energy in 2008.

    Jason worked together with Graeme at two previous solar companies before joining forces to form Axis Solar.Jason oversees all aspects of the construction process, with a particular focus on excellence in the electrical design and implementation of our systems, ensuring compliance with all local and national codes

    Commercial Estimator

    Jonathan earned a degree in construction management from Texas State University and transitioned into the solar industry after nearly a decade in construction.

  • Gerardo Puebla

    Director of Engineering & Design

    Gerardo has over 15 years of experience and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering Management from CalState Dominguez Hills.

  • Juan David Buitrago

    PV Design Engineer

    Juan holds both an M.Sc. in Energy Engineering as well as a NABCEP PV Installation professional certification.

    Design Engineer

    Dave holds a BS in Electronics and Communications Engineering degree from NUP  & Texas Engineer-in-Training (EIT) Certification.

    Devon has a proven track record of success managing commercial projects and is always looking for new ways to help his clients reduce their environmental impact.

    Veronica has over 5 years’ experience in the Texas solar space. At Axis, Veronica ensures that the projects pass seamlessly through local authorities and permit.

    Assistant Project Manager

    Cory has been working in the Austin, Texas Solar scene since January of 2019. Cory will watch the fine details to ensure an on-time and on-budget completion.
